HP Spectre 13.3 Side Profile

HP Spectre 13

Apr 9, 2016 | Innovation

We love laptops so much that aficionados at NotebookReview have bestowed it with the oh-so-cute diminutive “lappy.” The innovative new HP Spectre 13 ($1,170) definitely qualifies as our latest seductress with her beautiful lines and very sexy copper accents.

HP is clearly aiming the Spectre 13 at the market that lusts after the stuck-up Apple MacBook but doesn’t want dive into a three-way affair with MacOS. Kudos to HP for proving that creativity and innovation in notebook design still get our juices flowing.

What is commendable is that in a slim body measuring a scant 10.4 mm they wedged in a Core i5 processor, 1080p screen, 256GB SSD, 8GB of RAM and a battery that delivers nearly 10 hours of immeasurable pleasure, all seductively packaged in carbon fiber and weighing a scant 2.5 pounds (1.1 kg).

Open your clamshell, you beautiful lappy temptress, and let me play with your hinges.
